ICE: In Case of Emergency
In the event of an emergency, you may be unable to answer simple questions about your health or who first responders should notify which is why most smart phones have an option to add ICE info. You can simply add a contact under ICE, but if you keep your screen locked there may be some additional steps to make sure the information is readily accessible.
Additionally, you may want to consider carrying an ICE card in your wallet or keeping them in your kid's backpacks.
